Have you got any data which you have lost or accidently deleted? If this is the case, then it may still be retrievable.
If you have deleted any data whether it is a single file or entire directories it is removed from the table of contents list or commonly known as the TOC table for short. The data is still there but not if you continue to use the drive as normal. You must stop using it immediately if there is any hope of recovering your files.
Within this list contains all the information related to the file properties, location and characteristics. These can often be recovered, and the files transferred to another location to prevent further loss. Whether the data is on a hard drive, USB stick, digital camera, or another form of media we can do whatever we can to recovery your information for you.
Quite often a hard drive is failing from natural wear and tear or damage so we can transfer the information across before it is too late, and the hard drive is beyond use.
Any data which we find we will immediately inform you of the situation and you can then decide what you wish to do from then on with it.
However, we cannot be held responsible for the loss of any further data as a result of any attempted recovery processes which we feel are necessary if any attempt is made in order to get your data back at all.
We endeavour to do our upmost to retrieve and recover any of your lost data.
We also do not keep any data recovered after 28 days of any transfers made. Whatever backups you require we will be only too happy to help you with them.
Any questions regarding our recovery processes please do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone.
We have home & business call out available if you require us to visit.
